It was a Nordic Summer. The most active season for them. The sun is hardly set, so many people enjoyed their own time with the sun even after 22:00. They maybe make up for long and dark winter season.
Even drinking at night, we feel drinking at daytime. If we drank so much, sun would be rised at once.
